OFFICIAL SIGNAL JAM RULES

1. Sponsor and agreement

The competition is sponsored and administered by the BOOTS project team ("BOOTS" or "Sponsor"). BOOTS can be reached through @bootshaslanded on X or the official Telegram community. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules and the judges' decisions.

2. Competition period

The competition opens at the timestamp of BOOTS's official Signal Jam launch post on X and closes exactly 72 hours later (the "Competition Period"). The timestamp shown on each X entry post determines whether it was posted on time. Entries posted before opening or after closing are not eligible. BOOTS will identify the opening and closing times in the launch post.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at entry and may legally participate and receive the prize where they live. Void where prohibited. BOOTS core team members, competition judges and administrators, and their immediate family or household members may not enter.

4. Free entry; no advantage from ownership

No purchase or payment is necessary. You do not need to buy, own, hold, or connect $BOOTS, any cryptocurrency, an NFT, or a wallet. You do not need to play BOOTS WALKS or have a particular game score. Buying or holding anything does not improve an entry's score or chance of winning.

5. How to enter

1. Create something funny, strange, catchy, or impossible to ignore around BOOTS. Memes, pictures, GIFs, videos, edits, music, audio, and any other creative format that works on X are all welcome.
2. During the Competition Period, post the finished entry on X from an account you control and tag @bootshaslanded.

The X post is the official entry and must remain public through the winner announcement. Audio entries must be presented in a format X supports, such as a video with original audio and cover art. Likes, reposts, views, and follower count do not add judging points. Duplicate or near-duplicate contest posts, incomplete posts, and automated entries may be rejected.

6. One mixed-media competition

Pictures, memes, GIFs, video, music, audio, and edits compete in one mixed-media pool for the same three prizes. There are no separate format winners. Judges evaluate the idea and its execution in the chosen medium; expensive production and technical complexity are not automatically better.

7. AI policy

AI-assisted and AI-generated content is allowed and encouraged. Summon the machines, bend the pixels, and make something strange. AI use receives neither an automatic advantage nor an automatic penalty: judges score the finished entry using the same published criteria as every other submission.

8. Content and rights requirements

You must have created the entry or have all permissions needed to submit it. An entry must not contain:

• stolen, plagiarized, or deceptively copied work;
• unlicensed music, footage, artwork, trademarks, names, voices, or likenesses;
• illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or privacy-invasive material;
• malware, deceptive links, wallet drainers, impersonation, or instructions to send funds, seed phrases, or private keys;
• false endorsements or claims that Robinhood, X, Telegram, or any government body sponsors the competition; or
• promises of token price, profit, returns, or investment performance.

BOOTS may disqualify an entry that violates these rules or creates a material legal, safety, or platform-policy risk.

9. Judging

Four BOOTS core judges will score eligible entries independently. Each judge uses the same 100-point scale, and the four scores are averaged:

The three highest final averages are the potential first-, second-, and third-place winners. A tie is broken first by the higher averaged Originality and Concept score, then by BOOTS Character and Mission Fit, then by a documented majority vote of the four judges. Likes, reposts, views, follower count, token ownership, and personal relationships are not judging criteria.

A judge who helped create an entry or has a material personal or financial conflict involving an entrant must disclose it and recuse from scoring that entry. The remaining judges' scores will be averaged for that entry.

10. Prizes

1. First place: 5,000,000 $BOOTS
2. Second place: 3,000,000 $BOOTS
3. Third place: 1,000,000 $BOOTS

For these rules, "$BOOTS" means the token on Robinhood Chain at contract address 0x6cfc39ac2d986faaae6e360c3fbd63403d0fb29b. $BOOTS is a volatile digital token. Its market value can rise or fall sharply and may be zero. A prize is an award of the stated token quantity, not a promise of cash value, liquidity, profit, or future performance. The Sponsor will pay the ordinary network fee for prize delivery. No substitution or transfer is permitted except that BOOTS may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if delivery becomes unlawful or technically impossible.

11. Winner verification and delivery

Potential winners will be contacted through the X account used to post the entry. They must respond within seven calendar days and may need to confirm eligibility, ownership and permissions, provide a compatible Robinhood Chain wallet address, and complete reasonable tax or eligibility documents. BOOTS will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, password, or payment to release a prize. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or inability to receive the prize may result in disqualification and selection of the next highest-scoring eligible entry. BOOTS will publicly announce exactly three verified winners within 21 calendar days after the competition closes, unless verification or an event described in Section 14 causes a delay that BOOTS publicly explains.

12. Copyright and permission to repost

You keep ownership of your entry. By entering, you grant BOOTS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, perform, resize, caption, and repost the entry, with creator credit where reasonably practical, for administering, announcing, documenting, and promoting the Signal Jam and BOOTS project. This license does not allow BOOTS to sell your work as merchandise or an NFT, or license it as a standalone commercial asset, without a separate written agreement.

13. Publicity, privacy, and taxes

Except where prohibited, winners agree that BOOTS may announce their X handle, entry, placement, and prize. Public X post data is used to administer, judge, secure, document, and contact entrants about this competition. Do not include legal identity documents, wallet secrets, or other sensitive personal information in an entry. Winners are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations, and BOOTS may require information or issue forms required by law.

14. Integrity, changes, and platform disclaimer

Automated entries, identity manipulation, harassment of judges, bribery, vote buying, fake engagement, or attempts to interfere with the competition or judging may lead to disqualification. BOOTS may pause, modify, or cancel the competition only when fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, force majeure, or another event outside reasonable control prevents fair operation. BOOTS will publicly explain any material change and will not retroactively change the judging criteria or reduce an already earned prize.

X, Telegram, Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, and any other social or technology platform are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this competition. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from the competition to the extent permitted by law.
